this hotel provided really good service. the staff addressed my food allergies with great care. akhilesh and anton gave excellent leadership and service.
my room had an unpleasant cooking smells. also, the coffee machine was not functioning well. lighting was too poor to troubleshoot the machine.

Really good service and refined luxury

every staff member treated me like a vip I chose the beautiful club room I recommend it highly because the mini bar was refreshed daily room service was available the club room opened at 0800 serving coffee tea pastries and cakes. the room was on the second floor overlooking water features it also offered a seaview it had a coffee machine slipper mitts and amourage shower products. three pools were available I preferred the beach pool because it overlooked the sea staff refilled empty glasses with fresh mint water and provided fruit kebabs.

the hotel is in the city this makes it a great spot for exploring the more rural parts of the area with ease i'd recommend hiring a car to make the most of the location. the roads are easily accessible from the hotel, so you are sure to visit many places.
